The infrastructure that enables continuous business operations must be safeguarded, but natural and man-made disasters do occur. The Cavan Group offers Business Continuity planning services to assist clients in preparing for and responding to events that disrupt critical operations.

Working in concert with our clients' business continuity/contingency planning teams, The Cavan Group will:

• Identify a list of business functions deemed to be vital to the successful operations of the company and the services provided to external clients
• Identify the facilities, technology, and personnel elements that are required to support and maintain the business functions that have been identified
• Assess the business impacts of possible failure scenarios and develop appropriate response plans for each
• Assist in the review and evaluation of appropriate sites, facilities and recovery options
• Develop a Business Continuity/Contingency Plan for all scenarios encompassing voice and data communications components, Data Center and desktop hardware and software, enterprise storage systems, etc.
• Provide project management assistance with Plan implementation and testing
