A natural extension of our success with Structured Cabling and LAN/WAN design initiatives, The Cavan Group provides Audio Visual services to many of our clients. With the IP Convergence movement gaining momentum, the demand for integrated Audio Visual capabilities is increasing.

The Cavan Group has responded by developing the following service offerings:

• Full Audio Visual Needs Assessment
• Detailed requirements specification for conference/training and other rooms, including audio and video conferencing, speech amplification, wireless microphones, network connectivity, projection equipment, lighting control, central distribution and control systems, etc.
• Audio Visual solution design and functional specification

As with other service offerings, The Cavan Group also provides full vendor selection services, including RFP development and distribution, response evaluation, negotiation assistance, and on-going project management oversight of implementation activities.
